Everything ships from our Seongsu studio in recycled packaging. Free delivery over $200 and 30 days to change your mind.

Questions about an order? Write to hello@elvique.com with your order number — we answer within a day.

Seoul: next working day. Rest of Korea: 1–2 working days. Asia: 3–5 working days. Europe and North America: 4–7 working days.

Free on orders over $200. Below that, delivery is a flat $12 in Korea and $25 internationally, shown at checkout.

International orders are shipped duties paid where possible. If your country charges import fees on arrival, we refund them — send us the receipt.

Return unworn pieces with their tags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Start a return from your order email or bring it to any showroom.

Need another size? We hold the new size for you as soon as your return is on its way, and ship it free.

Free for as long as you wear the piece. Drop it at a showroom or post it to the studio and we send it back mended.
