Orders
An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a piece sells out, and refund you in full.
Prices & payment
Prices include VAT for Korean orders. Payment is taken when your order ships.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. The order is yours, and our responsibility ends, once it is delivered.
Returns & refunds
You can return unworn pieces within 30 days. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the return.
Repairs
Free repairs cover normal wear for as long as you own the piece. Major damage may need a small materials fee, which we always agree with you first.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies.
